So much to say about how wonderful Ellice is, I have used her several times now. Her knowledge of cruises is remarkable. Her patience is unbelievable. I knew nothing about cruises when I first contacted her. She has educated me on so many parts of it. My first cruise was my honeymoon, and now this is our favorite way to vacation. I had a cruise slotted for right after the pandemic hit. It was for a party of seven, which is no easy feat. I cannot express my appreciation for Ellice on how tirelessly she worked to get everything rescheduled, more than once as it turned out. Two years later after cruising opened up again, we had a wonderful cruise with all the bells and whistles, thanks to her knowledge and ability to work with the cruise line. It didn’t take long to truly appreciate the new relationship/friendship we developed with Ellice just a short 3.5 years ago.
